Beetlejuice is back! The Oscar-nominated, unique creative visionary Tim Burton and Oscar nominee and lead actor Michael Keaton have once again joined forces: "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" is the long-awaited sequel to Burton's award-winning classic "Beetlejuice."

Keaton once again steps into the iconic role of the title character. Also returning to the cast are Oscar nominee Winona Ryder ("Stranger Things," "Little Women") as Lydia Deetz and double Emmy winner Catherine O'Hara ("Schitt's Creek," "Nightmare Before Christmas") as Delia Deetz. New additions to the ensemble include Justin Theroux ("Star Wars - Episode VIII: The Last Jedi," "The Leftovers"), Monica Bellucci ("Spectre," "Matrix" films), Arthur Conti ("House of the Dragon") in his feature film debut, Emmy-nominated Jenna Ortega ("Wednesday," "Scream VI") as Lydia's daughter Astrid, and Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe ("Poor Things," "At Eternity's Gate").

Tim Burton has long since created his own genre. For "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice," he directed from a screenplay by Alfred Gough & Miles Millar ("Wednesday"), based on a story by Gough & Millar and Seth Grahame-Smith ("The LEGO® Batman Movie"). The characters therein were created by Michael McDowell & Larry Wilson. The film was produced by Marc Toberoff, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Tommy Harper, and Burton. Executive production was handled by Sara Desmond, Katterli Frauenfelder, Gough, Millar, Brad Pitt, Larry Wilson, Laurence Senelick, Pete Chiappetta, Andrew Lary, Anthony Tittanegro, Grahame-Smith, and David Katzenberg.

Burton's creative team included cinematographer Haris Zambarloukos ("Meg 2 - The Deep," "Murder on the Orient Express") and a roster of longtime and regular collaborators, including production designer Mark Scruton ("Wednesday"), editor Jay Prychidny ("Wednesday"), Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood ("Alice in Wonderland," "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," "Sleepy Hollow"), Oscar-winning Creative Supervisor for Creature Effects and Special Makeup FX Neal Scanlan ("Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"), Oscar-nominated composer Danny Elfman ("Big Fish," "Nightmare Before Christmas," "Batman"), and Oscar-winning hair and makeup designer Christine Blundell ("Topsy-Turvy").
